Non-Duality

Non-duality whispering… everything unfolds within one undivided field of awareness.

With our human eyes and minds, we tend to see time as a straight line. One thing leads to the next. The past behind us, future ahead; the now, a thin moving edge between them.

Linear feels safe. It gives us a sense of direction, of progress, of definite endings and beginnings.

And yet…

how often do we feel that quiet jolt of the familiar?

A moment that somehow already happened.

A face we’ve never seen but instantly recognize.

A place we’ve never been that feels like coming home.

A sentence that lands as though we’ve heard it before—in this life or another.

Full circle…

Like the ouroboros swallowing its own tail.

We instinctively know cycles.

Seasons turn

Breath rises and falls

Moon waxes and wanes

Hearts break and mend and break open wider.

The spiral feels more honest than the straight line ever was.

Non-duality whispers the simplest truth beneath both views:

Everything unfolds within one undivided field of awareness.

There is no real separation between the waiting and the arriving,

between the echo and the sound that first made it,

between what we call “past” and what we call “future.”

They are not separate places on a timeline.

They are different angles of the same presence,

different modulations of the same unbroken note.

Life’s seasons keep showing us:

the waiting is the receiving in another octave,

the ending is the beginning wearing a different mask,

the unfamiliar is only the deeply familiar, momentarily forgotten.

Echoes of the past, the present, the future—

all sounding at once,

all belonging to the same listening.

Maybe the comfort we seek isn’t in the line being straight.

Maybe it’s in remembering the circle was never broken.
